馬季巴斯克洛夫山區旅館(Magoebaskloof Mountain Lodge)

Nice stay my kids can’t stop sending photos. I booked for them to celebrate their siblings graduation ceremony.

The view is amazing, the food was mouth watering. The rooms were not really clean; especially the bedding.

Ants everywhere, worn out furniture, black mold in the bathrooms, dirty fridge with left over food inside, body hair in the beds, burn holes in the carpets.. Never again!!!

I didn't like the stay - the rooms were not nice at all. Need alot of TLC & they have alot of Cockroaches. The bed sheets were as OLD as ever. You can see that it is starting to look delapidated and not kept up to date or up to standard. Very very little crockery in the kitchen and things looked dirty. Just really not lekker. The views from the eating area were stunning and the Restaurant was great & the food was nice. But other than that I wouldn't go back there. It was ok for the reason I was there which was for the Magoebaskloof Race but otherwise I won't use the Mountain Lodge again. Sorry for the bad review but that is my opinion.

Very beautiful place, I would go back any time of the day, the tranquillity, a**osphere the peaceful space is out of this world. The staff is very friendly and welcoming (High 5) The drive (roads) getting to the Magoebaskloof (Memories) I will never forget.

Rondawel no 22 poor state of affairs.. 1. Fridge leaks. 2. Bedding had marks on. 3. Shower head broken. 4. Only 1 plug works by the kettle. 5. Mold on the walls in the bathroom. 6. Entrance Door doesn't seal properly. 7. 1 roll of loo paper ( no extra). 8. No loo spray. 9. Wardrobe doors look shabby. (Breaking at the top) 10. Fan cannot be made slower or faster as the pulling mechanism has been broken off.

Birthday celebration at Magoebaskloof mountain Lodge with my sweet heart.It was a good adventure as the weather was good,the room was beautiful and also the swimming pool.We really enjoyed ourself there .

The grounds are beautiful. With mountains in clear view. It is beautiful! The rooms are the let down. In my unit, the couch was broken, the fridge is so old the doors have rust lining them, the furniture was really outdated and my towels had stains on them. I believe the simplicity can be kept but updating elements of the room could do this venue a world of good.

the management need to consider buy new quality beds and blankets as we didn`t sleep comfortably and to send the cleaning staff to clean the rooms on a daily basis for hygiene purposes. staff need to be trained concerning dealing with lost and found items of the guests as we discovered that staff didn`t know how to react when he found items that were lost by the guest. we trust that management will consider this review and amend accordingly
